Anglicare PNG’s National Director visits Australia

ABM congratulates Anglicare PNG’s National Director Ms Heni Meke on her award nomination for the Mitchell Global Humanitarian Award presented at the Australasian Aid Conference in Canberra last week. The Mitchell Global Humanitarian Award recognises individuals and organisations supported by Australian Aid who have made an outstanding contribution to international development.

ABM Staff and Development Committee members had the pleasure of meeting with Heni at the ABM Sydney office on Friday, 16 February, and heard about the current programs, challenges and future strategy of Anglicare PNG. ABM continues to partner with the Anglican Church of Papua New Guinea and Anglicare PNG through the Church to Church and Community Development Programs.
