The Schools Challenge 2010
During Lent this year we want to challenge your students to raise money for some vital projects we support with our church partners overseas and with Indigenous students in Australia.
Funds raised this year will go towards school fees in Papua Guinea, buying fruit trees for farmers in remote villages and support for local churches in Myanmar.
We have included outlines of each of the projects with suggestions and tips to help make the fund raising fun!
Some schools raise money for ABM projects through activities such as casual clothes days or sausage sizzles, the proceeds of which will greatly benefit our partner churches.
Why not take up ABM’s challenge for Lent or use it throughout the year to help raise both money and awareness amongst the students?
