Syria Emergency Appeal list of updates

05/09/14 – ACT ALLIANCE SYRIA REGIONAL HUMANITARIAN RESPONSE

Since the beginning of 2011, ACT Alliance members have scaled up their relief programmes, and their decades of experience working in the region has enabled them to reach out to communities and adequately address the most urgent needs. The original ACT appeal was due to end on 31st August 2014, but this has been extended until 31st December 2014. Almost 500,000 people in Syria and neighbouring countries will benefit from the support to be provided by ACT Alliance members through this appeal during the extension period. Read more.

5/01/14 – UPDATE ON THE SYRIAN EMERGENCY
Due to the generosity of our supporters, over $23,000 was contributed by ABM. Thank you to all who have donated to this appeal. Any further updates will be posted on the website as we receive news from ACT Alliance.

ABM launched the Syria Emergency Appeal to provide emergency relief to many of the casualties, internally displaced persons and refugees in and around Syria.

As an Associate Member of ACT Alliance, ABM is accepting donations in support of other ACT members in the region who are coordinating the humanitarian response. This campaign is tax-deductible.
